3. Subscription & Pricing

  • Services are offered on a per-lead or per-call pricing model. Examples:
    • Final Expense: $30 per call, billing after ~180 seconds leadsguru.us.
    • Other services: Medicare, Auto, Home Insurance, ACA—various pricing per lead or call as listed in Pricing & FAQ leadsguru.us.
  • Prices are subject to change. Any updates will be clearly posted on the Pricing page.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are due in full before service delivery.
  • There are no refunds once leads/calls are delivered or after the 2-hour refund window has passed (if such a policy applies; note: your site currently does not mention refunds) .
  • If you’d like to incorporate a refund policy, we can draft one to your specification.

5. Accuracy & Liability

  • We verify the contact information of leads, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy or conversion. You’re responsible for follow-up and verifying suitability for your needs leadsguru.us+1.
  • Services are provided “as is”—no express or implied warranties.
  • Under no circumstances shall Leadsguru.us be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses.
